Large Format Printing and Finishing

Let us print your larger jobs on one of our many different medias with dye printers at 1440dpi for those all important presentation boards, signs & display boards, when image is everything. Or try our solvent printers for outdoor and extreme conditions, or more permanent signage.

Either way, we have your needs covered.

We can mount your prints onto many sustrates including the popular:

• Kapa Mount : available in 3mm, 5mm and 10mm thicknesses, Kapa Mount is a lightweight board with great rigidity, and unlike cheaper foamcore boards, Kapa Mount has an Aluminium liner, which allows it to remain straghter. Kapa is Fire Rated.
• Forex : available in 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm and 10mm thicknesses, is a rigid, heavier PVC board. Forex is Fire Rated.

Also available are:

Most materials are available up to 5' x 10' (1500mm x 3000mm) in site, though you will need a large vehicle to transport such a board.

Finishing

We can laminate your print with different finishes.

• Gloss laminate for a real Shine which can also be used with dry-wipe pens
• Satin laminate is our most popular finish, that allows you to light the image without glare.
• Sandtex laminate is a textured finish laminate that is scratch resistant, and mostly used for pop-up and roller banners
• Special laminates on request such as Floortex for floor graphics

Special Finishing
